Application Process

We aim to keep the application process clear, efficient and transparent.

Find Your Accommodation

View the accommodation currently available through FixedStay Student Living.
Our accommodation is intended primarily for students and study-related interns looking for temporary accommodation for a fixed period.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, each room is intended for one registered tenant only and the applicable occupancy and house rules must be respected.

Availability shown on the website is indicative and may change at any time.

Complete the online enquiry form with your basic information, preferred accommodation and preferred rental period.

Submitting an enquiry is free and does not reserve accommodation or create any tenancy, allocation or other right.

If suitable accommodation may be available, we may invite you to complete an application.

We may request information reasonably necessary to assess your application, including:

Identification and contact information
Student enrolment or study-related internship information
Preferred start and end date
Financial information where reasonably required
Guarantor information where required
Other information or documents reasonably necessary to assess eligibility

Please only submit documents through the method requested by us.

You will be asked to provide your preferred start and end date.

Accommodation is offered for a fixed temporary period. For accommodation currently subject to the applicable maximum end date, applicants must select an end date no later than 15 August 2027.

The final rental period is determined in the rental agreement.

There is no automatic right to renewal, extension or replacement accommodation.

Applications may be reviewed based on objective requirements relevant to the particular accommodation, including eligibility, student or internship status, requested rental period, availability, completeness of information and applicable financial requirements.

We may request additional information or clarification.

FixedStay Student Living and/or the relevant landlord may decide whether an applicant proceeds to the next stage, subject always to applicable law and the applicable Terms and Conditions.

If you are selected to proceed, you may receive a conditional selection notice.

Any selection is conditional and subject to contract.

Being shortlisted or conditionally selected does not itself create a rental agreement, tenancy right, right of occupation, allocation right, exclusive claim to accommodation or right to receive keys.

Where applicable, a €25 reservation payment may be required.

The applicable payment and refund conditions will be communicated before payment.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed:

If the applicant is not selected, the reservation payment will be refunded, subject to applicable bank or transaction costs.
If an applicant withdraws after the stage specified in the applicable reservation conditions, the reservation payment may be non-refundable.

Payment of €25 does not by itself create a rental agreement or guarantee accommodation.

If the application is approved and all applicable requirements are satisfied, a rental agreement may be offered.

Applicants should carefully review the rental agreement, General Terms and Conditions, house rules, charges, services and other applicable documentation before acceptance.

Any rights and obligations are determined by the final rental documentation and applicable law.

Check-in is arranged after the applicable contractual, identification, documentation and payment requirements have been completed.

Keys or other access are provided only in accordance with the rental agreement and applicable check-in requirements.

Important

An enquiry, application, viewing, shortlist, conditional selection, reservation payment, submission of documents, correspondence or receipt of draft rental documentation does not by itself create a rental agreement or right to accommodation.

Any selection remains conditional and subject to contract.

The operating entity may change to De Lanen Plus B.V. following its establishment. Any such change will be reflected in the applicable website information, privacy documentation and contractual documentation.
